I noticed you added some new things to the training log. I am not quite sure what you intended with some of them. I looked around the site and couldn't find any guide. Could you write up something?

Basically what I didn't understand is the resting heart rate and sleeping hours. Are you intending for people to log an entry every day even if they don't train? Also, how do you recommend using these new features?

some people use resting heart rate in the morning to measure their recovery. if it's higher than usual, that could be an indicator that you aren't recovered from your last session, or that you are getting sick or injured. I don't record mine every day, but when I do, I'll use that space (in one of my entries that day) for it. similarly, I've seen some other training log software that tracks sleep. so its there if you want to use it.
