Discussion: Come to Canklow!

Its a great area to run on, vague run-ability changes, complex and indistinct paths and intricate contour detail. It is advetised on the SYO website as a come and try it but because of the technical area we cant do many beginners courses so there is 1 beginners course and a medium and a long (5km for the long but don't be fooled!)

The courses are all planned with the white and orange designed for beginners and the green is made as technically demanding (and physically in places) as possable.
