Things are progressing nicely with an up to the minute sprint map of Blithe Hill Nurseries. Medium starts at 11. Sprint starts at 3. Carbo loading in between. Beer and gruel after...

Bring your tents. Bonfire, music, conviviality...

My proudest moment as a coach when I coached Team Commonwealth to a surprise victory over Team Italy in the beer-O in Umea. Lead off runner was Markymark. I'll leave the rest for the bonfire.

Klep, sorry I didn't call. Mega busy day. I'm coaching at a U.S. camp that weekend...

The Blithe Hill Blitz is on!! Middle distance starts at 10. BBQ and chili in between. Sprint begins at 3. Beer-O sprint option. BYOB. ;) IOF standard Sprint Map of Blithe Hill Nurseries + hybrid sprint map. Be there or be square!!
