The following letter has been sent to Greg Lennon, pres of QOC, from Glen Schorr:
Dear Greg,
On behalf of the United States Orienteering Federation as well as the Senior Foot-O team, I would like to thank the Quantico Orienteering Club for its generous $2,000 donation.
As you know the cost to train, compete and travel internationally is daunting. Your club?s donation will go a long way in helping the team represent our country at the 2009 World Championships in Hungary.
Once again, thanks to the QOC for your donation. I wish you, Kathleen and the club an enjoyable summer.
