Very exciting to read about this year's Tiomila. They will use GPS even more than last year, and show tracks against arial photos. They have 9 cameras in the forest, transmitting through 5 kilometers of cables... :)
Oh! this is no good at all. AP was bad enough!
j-man - imagine if you were able to read both the English, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian stories...
That would be the end of all prductivity. And I'm still hoping to learn Latin so I can decode some of feet's missives.
And all Finnish stories also. Tell me about it.
The New World of O is an excellent website, at least for for me, a time efficient method of getting well updated on o-news around the world. Of course it is an advantage to have grown up in a small country (Norway), and getting the ability to read/understand Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English, German and French. This week I like all the articles on the Tiomila preparations and how the famous clubs and runners prepare, it will be a fantastic event where I probably will borrow a PC projector at work and have a "big screen" in my house to watch and listen to Tiomila all night. Next time I do this will either be to hopefully watch Calgary Flames at NHL Stanley Cup Final game 7, or maybe Jukola (although I do not understand Finnish, it will bring the Jukola atmosphere to my house in Norway).
