The Lost Pole:
Who at the City is in charge of Mogadore Res., or who has been our point of contact?

I want to see if I can get a waiver for the day of the canoe-O to walk at least one island, as well as nurture the relationship between the club and city.

The event will be posted on AP both under the orienteering and adventure racing.

Last year it was mainly paddling distance. I am going to mix it up more this year with route choice having more emphasis be it either water and/or land.

Considering the range of experience of paddlers, and that ODNR patrols the lake periodically. I will request they make a "periodic" patrol of the lake during our event.

Paddlers not wearing PFDs while on the water will be disqualified.

This year, 2018, NEOOC is finally returning to Mogadore Reservoir for our annual Canoe-O / Kayak-O (we have been using Walborn Reservoir for the last few years). It is scheduled for July 22, 2018. Check at http://neooc.com/canoe/ for more information.
