Reads like a run I might have taken 25 years ago, esp. the Mt. Misery part. Lived in Concord & often parked near Walden, thru those woods, across the RR track etc. Needs a map.

Yes to the exhaust - got a year's use out of car for that. Passed last inspection w/o horn working:); possibly brakes/calipers - not sure. We have 4 cars...could do sensibly well with 2. There is inertia about getting rid of '95 convertible. Time has come for '92 station wagon (also marginal heater, radio antenna broken - only works locally). Back seat might be a struggle to secure (has been flat for larger back area for some 2 yrs) etc.
