The next two weeks consists of lighter training at home. I have entered the District Short and Relay Champs next weekend to get two short sharp race sessions. A couple of faster paced but short sessions during the week, a lot of stretching, good food and plenty of sleep and I will be in top form for the Championships. I intend to put my programme for the last two weeks on the homepage, but we will see how flexible I need to be during the next few days. It is important to listen to your body and I may change plans at the last moment depending on daily form.
