Now that I've made my donation, I can log mixed intensity workouts. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Where it says intensity 1, 2, 3, etc., there should be a Mixed option. Select Mixed, and now your "time" section should have boxes from 0-5 which you put the time in for each intensity level.
