GHO will be hosting their next Golden Leaf Orienteering Fest on the 2010 Canadian Thanksgiving Weekend (Oct. 9-11, 2010).

3 days, 4 races, and 1 awesome race headquarters!

Sprint, middle, long and O-Cross races! The long course takes place on 10.10.10 on a brand new map of the famous Dundas Valley (35 years after the first race was held in the area).

GHO is looking for experienced mappers than have experience mapping in continental terrain to start mapping in autumn, 2009. All mapping will take place within the City of Hamilton (near Toronto, Ontario, Canada).

For more information or to send your mapping resume please email:

O-Cross: A fancy name for one-person relay. Mass start race with forked loops.
