I'd guess there's an unlimited supply of trash nr trail heads in the Blue Hills.
& we feel obliged to do some cleaning up. If a cop stopped me (after a local meet or in mapping days), he might get the wrong idea about the beer cans etc in the bk of the 740 (in the '70's, he'd be right). Was on a hike on the isle of Corsica yrs ago - got nr a trail head nr a major road - the Fr passersby had hopped out of their cars, pooped etc & left the TP there on top...now that's really bad! Don't want to pack that out...but, come to think...those big wall climbers on, say, El Cap in Yosemite....

On the way out, going up Chickatawbutt road, I was picking up trash and putting in the road, which is closed, in the hopes DCR will feel obligated to pick it up before opening the road. I even found a fine Volvo hubcap, which is now resting at control #5. I think it will fit one of my cars....

Can I request a strut for a Volvo wagon liftgate? :-)

No, I'm being facetious. I replaced the Volvo struct with a replacement part, from some mail order place, maybe the one you recommended, not sure. The CRX hatch is still using a stick.
