I saw you finishing and cheered for you, but didn't get a chance to say hi afterwards. How was your race? Sad that you guys mispunched, don't get how that keeps happening...

After some serius investigations and analysis we have found out what we do wrong. Answer is simple. We just dig too much out noses with our fingers. Here is some photos from 25 manna. here I am doing it with one finger, and here Terkelsen is doing it with two. We are all too used to it - if we are not well focused we may put our SI stick to our noses instead of SI unit without noticing it. You may get some sound feedback from your nose, and some marks to your stick too. But not electronic ones.

Looks like I'm almost having fun.

Eight minutes behind some of the best orienteers in the world doesn't sound that bad. Plus, you beat Eva Jurenikova on your forking by like 30 seconds. :)

Eva must have had a bad day.

Seriously, after several months/years without real training and so many injuries and extra kilos you really cant expect much. If it gets any worse it wouldnt be much fun any more. But things will change, I have now new excellent personal trainer and training plan and all. Just wait and see.

Who is your personal trainer? And what's the secret plan?

My new trainer is secret one, but quite well known name - even you have heard the name. I haven't seen my plan yet, but that will be private too. I expect me being at least 45 sec/km faster in no time.

I guess there will be lots of core suff, strength and cross training, skiiing and less running to get rid of injuries. There also may be some vacuuming, washing dishes and doing laundry on daily basis. I guess I'll log full hours of doing that stuff - of course if it's part of the plan!

42 minutes on your second leg also means you beat Pekka Nikulainen (running first in our third team) by a minute :) since he was just behind Eva Jurenikova.
