Ah, the usual WOC pre-relay ritual undertaken by scores of Canadian mens' WOC teams. Thought you guys would be used to it by now!

If we could only have had a photo of Mike stopping in the finish chute to describe exactly where he left Ross in his dust, the circle would be complete....
