Advanced-short: 4.5km, 8 controls, difficult navigating, mostly off trails

Advanced-ling: 6.9km, 11 controls, difficult navigating, mostly off trails

On-site registration from 10:00 - 11:00 at Kingsmere, parking lot P6. Staggered starts from 10:30 - 11:30. All courses close promptly at 14:00. Electronic timing (SI system) for Sport and Advanced courses. Parkways are open - access P6 from the Champlain Parkway.
