Years ago was in Rome, Italy, and got a paper copy of a city park, and went looking for map features. Using an orienteering control flag that a local orienteering fellow loaned me, went in and took some photos. Some of the cave symbols were actually residuals of catacomb networks and other underground cavities. The large underground man-made structure was a underground bunker built for the Savoia monarchical family. The site as been recently restored and is now a tourist tour destination. A random man-made object in the middle of a wooded area, revealed a story of a XX century military aviation pilot. At the time, there was a considerable homeless population in the park, and while looking for features such as bridges, walls, cliffs, ruins, man-made features, caves, all in dense vegetation, it did happen to find traces of human habitation camps. In the following years, a strongmen-styled new mayor got elected, a couple hundred manpower units mustered, and at 7 AM the park was cleared of its homeless. Nowadays, some of the features, such as the area under the bridge or underground cavity or man-made structure, are all fenced off by metal bars or wire fence, and no longer accessible.

On this rainy Sunday morning, found these photos and brought back memories. Enjoy.

Yes, enjoyed. Thanks. Do you still have the map? I ask because that would probably make a good location for a photo-O competition.
