That is a very familiar refrain. Done it enough that I avoid woods and stick to trails.
I'll recover. This was actually not as bad as the guardrail incident at Bethel Schools on Saturday, from which my shin is pretty tender still. I felt pretty punk after the fall yesterday, but I don't even notice it now.

I find it harder and harder to lift up my feet and be as nimble in the woods as I was just a few years ago. But yet, I persist.
