You’ve got the speed and strength and quick decision making.

With some more focus and specially designed training for formats like the knockout you could have some very awesome results in Edinburgh next summer.

Isak also ran well as did several of your club mates.

Get on some sprint maps together later this year. Maybe hit Euro champs

Also some strong results in sprint will build confidence that will help your forest racing. Several international racers had their break through in sprint and used that to build up to top forest results as well.

Thanks everyone! It would be fun to actually train for sprint orienteering and see how good I could get at it. I may have to go to the World Cup Final then. It's in northern Italy so I don't have much of an excuse
