Discussion: Relay Travel Details

Peggy did you say that the relay hotel had been decided? Can you let us know which one, so we can all make reservations?

I'll ask a few Rochester natives for suggestions for our annual banquet location.

I booked our flights today: arrive Friday afternoon in Buffalo, depart Rochester 5 pm on Sunday. Which leaves us enough time to pick up our first place award :)

Kristin Hall booked at the Comfort Inn Suites. I haven't looked into it at all, but I'm inclined, all things being close to equal, to stay where the Halls are (Max & the Hall kids love to hang out together).

(As mentioned in the shirt ordering thread) I booked a room at the Comfort Suites today. It's not particularly cheap ($108 AAA rate pre-tax) but the only other one I looked at was even more expensive so I just went ahead & booked.
I booked for both Friday & Saturday but it's a long enough drive Friday night that we may change to something in the Elmira area for Friday only.
I didn't register for the Saturday dinner, figuring we wouldn't want the OK Annual Dinner to be with the hoi polloi.

I booked a room at the Comfort Suites also.
