Transportation is not so easy here compared to Sweden. Apparently the Swedish team wants to experience both Country Music and Orienteering in Nashville so want to travel up there on Monday. They will spend 2 nights and come back Wed. Probably renting a van is the easiest way. Anyone traveling up that way with space?

I was just in Nashville a few months ago -- first time for me. I was blown away by the quantity and quality of music being played in the smaller bars. The Country Music Hall of Fame is certainly worth going to, but my advice would be not to miss seeing some of the music in the smaller venues. From what I can tell (I was only there 2 days), there is live music from around noon to late into the night.

They have some pretty good terrain for orienteering in Nashville.
I would suggest Cedars of Lebanon State Park, one of the parks named Warner, or Vanderbilt, Tennessee State or Belmont University.

Cedars of Lebanon is being mapped. Vanderbilt , Belmont and Warner parks on list. We are going with Centennial Park since it is close to the hotel where they are staying and they have no transportation and little time.
