We have purchased tickets for one of the boat tours along the sea cliffs and grottoes for this afternoon at 2:30. We bought our tickets from a little ticket booth beside the Monolite Pizzumonno, but I think they have a booth by the harbor, as well. The boat leaves from the harbor at 2:30 (be there by 2:10). 25 euros each (bring cash), 3 hour tour, with some stops. Vieste in Barca is the company.

Thinking of doing this Friday, so will be interested to hear what it's like.
It was outstanding. Well worth the money. So scenic and an interesting different perspective on the coastline.
Also, it was a single 40- minute stop at a rocky beach - I suggest running shoes or similar, rather than flip flops or open sandals. I also suggest a seat near the back, for best views and minimal wave motion. Leaving the harbor, we went over a couple of large waves, such that one man thought right away he wouldn't be able to tolerate it, due to motion sickness. We turned around within a minute to deposit him back on shore. It's a shame he didn't stick it out, because it was only that one brief time that we encountered anything that would be likely to cause motion sickness. My husband gets motion sick pretty easily and he was fine.
The beach had a couple of bars for lounging, and we enjoyed hunting for interesting rocks. I found one small conch type shell.
Natalia and I with her Romanian friend took the boot trip yesterday afternoon. Really fun. The pilot took us right in to several of the sea caves. At our beach stop we got to swim in the Adriatic Sea, or have a cool drink in the shade of the beach house.
