Do you find the body battery accurate/useful? I got a new Garmin a few months ago and the my body battery never seems to recharge at night. According to it I should be resting every day...lol. I stopped looking at it.
It's seeming to be somewhat useful - giving me added confidence in days I feel particularly good/bad, which it generally seems to match for me. On a day I wake up full of energy, BB might be up at 80 (max recently was 88), on a day I feel kinda crappy, more like 50.
But I would totally believe their algorithm isn't dialed in for everybody! I definitely ignore nearly all of it's training recommendations - it certainly did not think I should keep racing throughout the PNWOF week!
