Any course length information that might be available would be much appreciated as I try to tell work when I might be available. Thanks.

We seem to have this on the GrizO website:

We're back to middle-distance courses for day 6 of the Pacific Northwest Orienteering Festival. Veteran orienteer John Harbuck will design courses to suit all abilities: Riverside State Park: NOTE You need a "Discover Pass" to park in this park. $ This venue used to be very open ponderosa pine forest, with little debris on the ground and very fast running. Over the years younger trees have come in, and it is no longer quite as open, and often hasn't been remapped. Some areas that were mapped as mixed yellow and white patches may now be all covered with trees, but what were white forest areas now tower distinctly over the younger trees. There are many many trails created by mountain bikers. Most of these have been mapped, but it's hard to keep up, so some are not.

Beginner: 1.9 km. 35 m. climb 8 controls

Intermediate: 2.7 km. 65 m. climb 8 controls

Shorter advanced: 5.4 km. 125 m. climb 13 controls

Longer advanced: 8.0 km. 185 m. climb 16 controls Meet up for this event will be near "the old air strip." Get to the general area and look for our red and white road signs to guide you to parking.

This day is organized by the Eastern Washington Orienteering Club.

Courses are called Middle distance on the EWOC page but elsewhere (e.g., on the PNWOF page) as Classic, and the lengths listed seem to be more classic-length.
