The ARDF World Championships is moving to Borovets, Bulgaria after Serbia backed out because they expect there to be a very low turnout. Bulgaria says they can handle whatever the number of competitors there will be. Russia and Belarus are not banned so some countries and individuals are boycotting the event. Others are not attending because of covid. The new Bulletin 1, as well as the new website, are not published yet.
