Great to distinguish them from crags, but instead make them look like contours not the most helpful move?! Only seen it on screen but it looks awfully hard to interpret.

I know my eyesight's not what it used to be but even stopping to read the map made things no clearer.

Me too! Everyone I spoke to post-race said the same thing - minor tracks looked like contours until you actual stumbled upon one.
