Has it worsened recently, since covid ?
Keith Dawson has just posted today about having lots of micro clots in his lungs. He had covid earlier in the year, then when back training suffered a loss of form. Just got the diagnosis after a range of tests culminating in a CT scan, which showed the clots
Apparently it is being identified more and more.
