How well do you know club and event logos in North America? I'm not sure but you may need to be on Facebook to participate. This link takes you to the Orienteering Community page on Facebook.

Thanks for sharing. It's good to see Orienteering Manitoba's new logo featured in your quiz. Who could miss the old school Ottawa logo, it's almost a political cartoon style image. A good collection of creatures.

Brian, what do you know that you are not telling us?
You say the old Ottawa logo was 'almost political cartoon style'. Not almost. It started out as a political cartoon. At least the beaver did. Good spotting there.
Al Gravelle, our (Ottawa OC's) first president saw the cartoon in the Ottawa Journal newspaper - I forget what the caption was- copied it, took out a bit of art and added a compass and the orienteering flag and BINGO we had a new logo. That was our second logo. The first one was the circled pine tree inside the flag the beaver is carrying.

speaking of cartoons (and copying?)

the first logo looks a lot like one of the Guelph Gators’ logos.

Hammar The Suncoast Orienteering logo was indeed copied, with Guelph Gators permission, from their excellent logo.
It was by far the best logo illustration of an alligator, capturing orienteering and happiness I could find after extensive Google searches. My original plan had been to copy Albert , the Alligator from Pogo but that was not working out on a number of fronts.
(I did add the control marker to the logo.)
