Hi!

What are the hours the model event will be open on Friday? And are model event maps included in the packets, or do they need to be ordered separately?

Boris, if you ordered the map before a certain date, it was mailed to you. Otherwise it'll be in your packet.
I don't know the hours.

The website says packet pick-up in the model area 1pm-5pm. I assume that's when the model is available.

The model area will be open sunrise to sunset Friday and Saturday, and sunrise to noon Sunday.
