Discussion: Postponement

After a thoughtful discussion on AP and deliberations by the ROC BOD it has been decided to postpone our event until next September when more people will be vaccinated and can travel and stay overnight safely for our event.

Registrations can be carried over until next year or a refund can be given by contacting wornerkohn@gmail.com.

Apologies to anyone who has incurred non refundable expense.

If anyone booked a cabin or campsite at Letchworth they could be transferable to next year. Call Reserve America at 1-800-456-2267. The Park does not handle reservations.
