I appear to have gone the other way; I seem to have gained around 4kg in recent times. Probably not helped by the Cadbury outlet we discovered just around the corner a little over a week ago combined with my training halting injury. I've already blacklisted the Cadbury shop from future purchases (I went a little overboard when I found they were selling bulk boxes of cheap seconds).
I thought baby weight would come off when I started running again, doesn’t seem to be the case :(
I can recommend quarantine to lose a bit of weight. No snacks and no alcohol helps plus the food is inedible.
A trip to the Simpson Desert with mininal food supplies helps also. Nowhere to go for extra food.
I can't go to the Simpson Desert at the moment because it's outside my 5km limit but I did the next best thing and went to Simpson Barracks today instead.
