So glad you're paying attention to your body. I often wonder how much of my current hip / back / ab issues are related to having to take a physical fitness test within 6 months after our two were born, and just muscling through it because I didn't want to show weakness. Admittedly, I wasn't very patient with healing and strengthening, either. Still - good on you for being patient and deliberate. May it pay off well for you!
Thanks Tori! Will keep at it. Soooo tough wanting to be back *really* running and to have to ease in so slowly. But hopefully will mean it works this time!!
