I recognize that area. I did a MTBO course they had there which was really really good.

I bet MTBO would be great there. For foot-o it was a fun event but too many tracks/rides to make it really technically challenging. Maybe if we can turn the gulf-stream a bit further south we might have enough for a ski-o there too one day?

Too many tracks/rides to make it really technicality challenging? Have you never been to the other side of Bordon then - first time there it felt like every control was track junction and it was the hardest “long orange” I’ve ever done ;-)

I remember that area as well. If I remember the technique was to ignore the paths and tracks because they overwhelmed you and it was easier to stick with the veg and contours. Not so nice for biking or skiing though as if I remember a lol of the tracks were very muddy and rutted.
