Discussion: Ride to Interscholastics from airport?

I have a 12:35 arrival at Dallas-Fort Worth on Friday and a 12:56 departure on Sunday, and I was wondering if anybody with similar travel plans would be able to give me a ride to and from the airport. (I'm too young to rent a car.) I'm not planning on running the Friday sprint, and I wouldn't mind hanging around the airport until evening, if that would help.

Anna, you are going to have a tough time making that 1256 departure. The meet website suggests allowing 2 hours travel time from the camp to DFW airport. That means you'll need to leave the meet site by 1030 to be at the airport by 1230. And DFW is a big airport; that does not leave much time to clear security and make your flight.

Anna, I can make sure you get started early enough on Sunday to leave whenever you need to. The challenge will be to find someone leaving by 10am.

Okay, I have other return plans now, I just need to get to the meet site.
