Were you on a different one to us? At 3pm it was pretty nice save a bit of wet rock!

Close. Did a route about 50m left of Broad Stand, then by 3pm we were probably on another route halfway between Broad Stand and Lords Rake. Saw Broad Stand ropes and a steady stream of runners / supporters. You happy with BG time?

Rock was mostly dry except first route we were doing was damp in the groove we had to climb, and second route just got chilly belaying in the wind

Yeah a respectable time so don't have to go again for ego purposes! Got stuck in a right queue at BS as we caught up another round (interminable waiting reminds me of why I gave up climbing for running 13 years back) and probably should have gone for LR/WWT as some of our supporters did and beat us to Wasdale!
