Discussion: Stairs

I'm jealous that you could go down stairs. And had a map board.
We both made the same mistake leaving 17; we should have turned right around. I wonder which route was faster to 1?

Yes, I went down stairs. In the old days I would have ridden down, but I got off and walked carefully. I don't have the bones to take a hit.

Turning right to get to the SE corner of the parking lot on that tempting side walk - I thought about it, but what if there wasn't a cut to the parking lot, then I would have had grass to contend with. Again, a younger bike ride could have hopped over the grass and not touch grass.
