Did you have a little sit down when you looped back to your car, your moving time was a lot quicker than the overall one:-)
10-15 mins and 4 others. Stayed standing and gently stretched anything tight. Unusually it suceeded and I didn't stiffen up. Need to practise, feeding and drinking more on the move on slower rides. Novice on none-stop rides!
I think it's easy to get into the habit of stopping on groups rides which can lessen the training effect but practicing eating on the go doesn't take much. My legs never like stopping as it's always a grind for the first 10 minutes afterwards.
