Hi,
Does anyone have any good suggestions for resources for o techniques. I've read a bunch of the books out there already and at one point I had seen a powerpoint presentation from thierry georgiou but have since lost it. All suggestions are welcome. thanks.
J.
Many national orienteering federations have a page of tips for newcomers. Orienteering USA is here:
https://www.orienteeringusa.org/new-oWorld of O has a technique training page:
http://o-training.net/Our club Facebook page runs a series called Technique Tip Tuesday, which gathers tips from around the web:

Is this for someone at your level, Jeremy? Or are you introducing new people?
Ask Jeff / Canadian about the Orienteering Canada Skills and Development database. I forget the ideas / permissions behind who can access it.

Thierry has been very generous posting tips he has learned in his long orienteering career. Was this perhaps one of the pages of which you lost track?

I love it. Thanks. To answer JJs question - I'm looking for myself (blue course runner - running competitively for 10+ years looking to improve my technique). Runner99 who is Jeff? I'm curious to see whats in the canadian database.
Oh and thats not the PDF I had in mind but similar stuff is v welcome.
https://betterorienteering.orgI don´t check it myself just read in Compass Sport about it. Seemed like something you´re looking for.
