Discussion: Actually in fact...

...the car park is well designed, its the highways department at the councils fault for letting them put the exit there....

unsure of that - the routes for cars coming into the car park crossed each other doing a figure of 8 via a partially same route as the people exiting - therefore causing a complete jam inside the car park too.

architects eh?

probably drainage engineers actually....

must have been why there was water everywhere... ;-)
