Discussion: Event Update

Arrangements are in good shape for the Ellicottville Adventure Run on August 24. All 40 control locations have been identified and vetted. Water stops have been identified. Controls start going into the woods on August 17.

We have decided to print the 1:10,000 map on two sheets. We were swayed by the argument that two sheets would make it easier to do strategic route planning. Here's a bit of news: the inset map for the complicated rock formations in Little Rock City will be printed at 1:4000 rather than last year's 1:5000.
