Discussion: Warm sea

I also did 10 mins in a very warm feeling North Sea today. Not quite as hard earned for me though, nice ride.

The double buggy Parkrun must be fun, especially overtaking and seeing runners faces!

Running with a double buggy is fantastic because it looks like it must be twice as hard as normal running but is actually only 10-20% harder especially once you get going. So you get a disproportionate amount of backslapping :-)
