It is great to help out Sam with her courses. Some of the terrain is quite difficult footing, and with the restrictions of the locations of the start and finish, and having a course of the proper length, it has been hard to set a course which older age classes can negotiate.
As for me, I have a weird injury to the outer calf, which manifests itself as pain running down the outside.

Interesting but not surprising that Sam (NEOC once upon a time) is a course setter for the O-Ringen which is such an "all-hands-on-deck" event. And always done so smoothly, I think.
