What kind of workout is this? Looks epic.
Norwegian kind of threshold run. Started at 14 km/h and then increased 0.2km/h each km. So ended on something like 18.4 km/h after 1h. (Our treadmill only do km/h unfortunately)
Maybe I haven’t seen what they are doing. But basically “svensk tröskel” 20-30min above lactate threshold, “norsk tröskel” more like 60-90min keeping below lactate threshold.
(And was a small error in the first post, should be 16 and not 18, I am not in that good shape :-) )
