Yep, seems to be on schedule. I've been on the elliptical a lot lately which has been a nice change and walking much better. Lots of strength and flexibility exercises. Trainer is pretty confident I'll be good to go. Might have to take it really easy during the training camp in mid-Aug, but Sept is looking good.
