if possible run home from work, once back you're in your kit so might as well go out for a bit more.
The other option is to not sit down and get out the door within 15mins of getting in. Lay all your running gear out in the morning to make things easier. Finding a running buddy to make sure you get out may help.
If it's a nice evening it'll be easier but got to grind the bad nights too!

My office is a bit outa town so I'd be running to and from work....a mate in NFR works not too far from here so going to try running in with him a few times. Just need to be organised on Monday.
I got changed in to running kit at work yesterday and just needed a nap so didn't bother.
