I like your concept. How does it work? Do you just do intervals several days in a row? What are you training for?

This periods often work very well for me to get a kick in the training. It is basically the old famous helgerud concept (trondheim 4*4). About 10days with about 15 interval sessions with effective time in the region 15-25min to not overdo it. Usually I use this to prepare for competitions but I also thinks it is good to have 1-2 periods during the winter to push the aerobic threshold.
Not traning for anything particular at the moment. I guess 10mila is the next big thing.

Looking like your shape is good, going for something special?

Nice, thanks for the info. I was interested because I'm trying to run a decent 5k road this spring. Maybe I need to try this approach to kick-start the track speed again.
