We'll definitely be bringing several teams from Bristol Orienteering (and friends). We have been looking forward to it since finishing in Eno....

Jukola 2018 will be in same place as 1987. Back then Yle did TV documentary of the relay and they decided to follow one regular small town team instead of following only top teams. For some reason they ended up picking the team I was running at age 16. That was my second Jukola.
Now 31 year later we decided to make a come back. We'll run 2018 Jukola with the same team as Nastolan Terä 1987. Half of us are still somewhat active, half haven't been for years. Back then our goal was top 100 but now after 30 years of practice we will probably aim higher, even all the way to top 1000.

OK.. ticket booked to Helsinki (arriving tuesday night there).. ( me and Val ) and we are without a team.. can join a Jukola team (and Val a Venla), Ontario based, North American based.. or just a team that think will be a good match.. email me .
