Hammer:
Mark Tamminga, a member of the Golden Horseshoe Orienteering Club, ended up in 2nd place in that Sahara race in Egypt. He has previously won the Altacama Crossing race and he also won the Gobi Desert March - both races are part the Racing the Planet four great desert races. Next stop? Antarctica! ...and also the Raid the Hammer. :)
