Are there any competitors who have participated in more than one world championships (WOC, Ski-WOC, MTB-WOC and WTOC) across different orienteering disciplines in the same year?
Ali Crocker and Alex Jospe, I think? WOC and Ski-WOC.
Is WRC an orienteering discipline?
Its an orienteering ill-discipline?
Well it's no for me regardless. I last did WRC in 2010 and my first WMTBOC was in 2012. Would have done both last year but for the fact they were on at the same time.
Probably Chris Forne. Plus he does a bit of AR.
Tove Alexandersson should be the obvious candidate here, winning both Ski-O and WOC the same year?
Is that a question or a statement{
Anna Sheldon was doing MTB-WOC around the same time that she was doing WOC, but I'm not sure she did both in the same year - perhaps 2006?
What about cross-over to Trail-O? I seem to remember some high profile foot-orienteers (sigh) dabbling.
Sharon Crawford, WOC and Ski-WOC multiple times, I think. Though she certainly didn't win. I believe she's also done WTOC, though I don't know if that overlapped with her Ski-WOC career. Plus multiple WRC, WMOC, and WMSOC, and there are wins in those, albeit in age groups.
I think Helen Palmer did both WOC and WSOC around the same time. Do Brits on skis actually count?
At the junior level there are tons more.
Do Brits on skis actually count?
Andrew Musgrave?
