Discussion: Outcomes

I once saw a document that defined the specific differences between outcomes such as --

* DNF - did not finish
* MSP - mispunch
* SPW - sporting withdrawal
* DSQ - disqualified
* OVT - overtime

I searched the IOF and USOF web sites, but didn't find what I was looking for... Does anyone have a precise / official definition of these terms? (I know some of them are obvious, but I'd like to post brief definitions on the RMOC results web pages for people who are new.)
