Discussion: The Mad Otter Date Change

The constant worries of bad weather in this area have taken their toll on me. Although this event is still new (2016 was the first year) we had meets at this park around the same time in 2014 and 2015. Each time we have had issues with the weather or Otter Creek. So now it is May 20th. Indoor facilities can be used and even though there will be more green out there, it diminishes the swollen creek issue. All other things remain the same and I hope to get the Registration up within the next couple of weeks. This will include an updated Otter Creek O map at 1:10000. 12 hour option this year. Can you clear the course in 12 hours? If so, $500 will be waiting for you if you do it first. Pink, Long Orange, Ultra Long Green and Long Blue courses. More info will be on the Website soon.

Does it overlap with otter mating season? They are territorial and bite like crazy everything that moves, just like tasmanian devil.

I wish that creek did have Otters. The are long gone and wondering if Ft Knox used them for target practice.
