Discussion: New time for post-AGM board meeting today

FYI, Glen just announced on Clubnet that the post-AGM Board meeting is being moved forward to 6:30 PM today - immediately following the AGM. This is 30 minutes earlier than the originally planned start (bring a snack :). This will be the first Board meeting with the newly elected members.

Orienteering USA members are always welcome at Board Meetings. If you are unable to attend but wish to listen in, contact Glen Schorr (NOTE: subject to internet/cell availability at the meeting site). Board meetings are typically held in conjunction with a national meet.

Thanks for your post. I appreciate it.
The plan is to have the AGM run from 4:00 pm to 6:00pm. Assuming that we have an on time finish, the board meeting will begin at 6:30 pm. Those board members/ nominees that are calling in have been notified of the changed time however we don't want to disenfranchise anybody due to a change in schedule.
Updates will be provided to this thread, Clubnet and Boardnet as appropriate.
